What is the Purchasing for
People Network?
Purchasing for People (PPN) is group purchasing program that works on behalf
of their partners to reduce costs on products and services that are
important to daily operation. Using the combined purchasing power
of organizations like yours, PPN negotiates large volume discounts with
national product suppliers. As a PPN Member, you are then entitled to purchase
from these vendors and receive discount pricing that you would normally
not be able to obtain on your own.
PPN also receives rebates based on the volume of product purchased. These
rebates come directly from the vendor and never impact your cost or quality
of products or services. Additionally, rebates secured by PPN go to support
non-profit programming. PPN hopes to recruit enough partners
to generate residual revenue that can be used to establish a charitable
foundation or donor advised fund. The long range goal is to provide funding
opportunities for non-profit organizations via request for proposal (RFP).

partners utilizing the Purchasing for People Network.

Are there any fees charged?
No. Participation in the PPN program is FREE.

BETWEEN 10% to 80% off the retail price (depending on vendor), on
products and services your company utilizes on a daily basis.

go to assist The Prevention Network, PPN's non-profit parent company to
develop additional philanthropic resources.

you have to do is identify yourself as a PPN Member and you will get the best
price based on pre-negotiated discounts.
DEAL DIRECT. You will deal directly with the vendor - no middle person. Your
organization will establish your own account, receive direct invoices, use your
own system of tracking and approval and have product directly shipped to your
shipping address. No more "running to the store."
How Do We Join?
Joining the PPN is simple. The first step is to print and complete the registration form, then fax, e-mail, or mail it to us. Upon receipt of your information, we will contact you to assist in setting up a vendor account.
